Fish Guiding Service at Ute Lake State Park

The Tackle Box now offers a fishing guide service that is available 7 days a week. 

We provide: boat, motor, tackle, life jackets, rods/reels, fish cleaning and a big smile.

You provide: Your drinks, snacks, hats, sunscreen and a valid New Mexico fishing license which is available at the Tacklebox.

Our fishing methods include trolling, casting, live bait,  long lining, leadcore, In line Planer Boards and bottom bouncing.  The time of year and what type of fish you want to catch will determine the method.  Ute lake provides excellent fishing for Walleye, Crappie, Largemouth and Smallmouth bass,  White bass and Channel catfish.

1 person = $45.00 per hour

2 people = $60.00 per hour

Trips are 6 hour minimum.
